Week-end in the Alg

Dear Confreres and Friends,
It was already 35 years ago that Jean Valby, Grand Chancelier and Président Délégué, came to the Algarve at the occasion of the “Inaugural Chapter of the Portuguese Bailliage” which took place on February 17th and 18th of 1973.
It is with great pleasure that we invite you to celebrate this anniversary with us for a friendly week-end during which we will reproduce as faithfully as possible the Menus and the Wines which were served at the occasion of this 1st Chapter (with a few concessions however to today’s taste…).
We will start with a Gala Dinner on Saturday February 16th at the Restaurant « Vivendo » in Meia Praia, near Lagos of our Confreres Karin and Vincent Winiker, followed by a Lunch on Sunday February 17th at the Pestana Alvor Praia, where the first friendly lunch of the Chaine took place.
